DAY 2 OF 12
12 DAYS OF LEAD GEN MASTER 🎁

Welcome to Day 2 of the 12 Days of Lead Gen Mastery series!

Today, we’re diving into a topic that can make or break your entire lead generation strategy: Your Offer.

Here’s the hard truth: most local business offers are either too vague or too generic to convert. If your ad says, “Call us for a free consultation,” you’re blending into the noise. Your offer needs to grab attention and make potential customers feel like they’d miss out if they don’t act right away.

What Makes a Great Offer?

1️⃣ Clear Value: What’s in it for them? Be specific. Instead of “Free Consultation,”

Try: “Free 30-Minute Home Energy Audit ($150 Value) – Book Today.”

2️⃣ Scarcity and Urgency: People act faster when they think the opportunity is limited.

Add urgency with deadlines: “Offer Ends December 20th” or “Only 10 Spots Left.”

3️⃣ Targeted to Your Audience: Your offer should solve a problem your audience actually cares about.

For example: Winter Home Upgrade Special – $500 Off Any Project Over $5,000 (Offer Ends December 31st!)

Your Action Plan:

  1. Analyze Your Current Offer: Look at your current campaigns—does your offer stand out? Does it solve a real problem? If not, it’s time for a revamp.

  2. Craft a New Offer: Use the tips above to create an irresistible offer that’s clear, valuable, and time-sensitive. If you need inspiration, think about what questions your customers frequently ask. Those questions often point to their biggest needs.

  3. Test Your Offer: Once you have your new offer, test it! Run it through your Google Profile, Meta ads, or email campaigns and track engagement to see what resonates.

Remember, the right offer doesn’t just get attention—it creates action. By perfecting your offer, you’re building the foundation for every successful lead gen campaign.

Stay tuned for tomorrow’s lesson, where we’ll dive into “Crafting Scroll-Stopping Ad Creative.”
