2. Data-Driven Decisions: Rather than fixating on immediate outcomes, prioritize gathering and analyzing data. Metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), cost per click (CPC), and impressions per thousand (CPM) offer invaluable insights into campaign performance.

You are early. You have time. Put in the reps, and success will follow. When it comes to business, marketing, and sales, everything takes time. I see this in new startups I work with and even older businesses with new ad campaigns.

Here are my suggestions when it comes to marketing and time.

  1. Most campaigns don’t win overnight.

  2. The ones who continue to market when things aren’t working win.

  3. The ones who stop marketing and change directions every month are the ones who say nothing is working.

  4. Focus on the data, not the results. With enough data, the results will come.

  5. Find the bottleneck in your marketing and fix that. Don’t throw the entire campaign away because you didn’t get the results fast enough.

Let’s be honest: there isn’t much better than ranking #1 on Google when it comes to local marketing. We all do it. Whenever we search for a service, a restaurant, or a business, we go to Google and do a quick “near me” search.

In my Google searches, I always pick the top 3 businesses; of the top 3, I tend to go with the one with the most reviews. So, what does this tell you about your business? If we all do this, why aren't you optimizing your listing for higher ranking and more reviews?
