  • I run push alerts on my phone and Slack for every local lead—this way, I know the moment someone is interested.

STEP 2️⃣ – Prioritize Your Leads

Not all leads are equal, but every lead deserves a response. Quickly sort based on interest, location, or inquiry type.

  • Assign a “hot lead” status for anyone showing immediate intent to buy or schedule a service.

  • Even if your lead flow is small, responding within 15 minutes increases conversion rates dramatically compared to waiting a day.

STEP 3️⃣ – Have A Quick Response System

Draft short, ready-to-go responses for common inquiries. This saves time and ensures you always reply fast.

  • Example: “Hey [Name], thanks for reaching out! I’d love to help. Are you available to chat today or tomorrow?”

  • Store templates in your phone or CRM so you can reply in under 2 minutes.
